3D Warp

In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a awesome-looking warphole.
It is quick and very effective when making logos or signatures.

Step 1 - New Document

I used a 500x500 document with a transparent background. If you are to do this tutorial,
I reccomend it being done with a square document over the size of 400x400.
Now, lets get started.

Step 2 - Your Base Layer

Open your Gradient Tool. Make sure your colors are black and white! Set the tool's
mode to difference.

Step 3 - Random Strokes

You are going to preform some random strokes of your Gradient Tool.
Don't make it too big or to small, go for medium gradients all over the place at different
angles. Try not to make the picture all dark or all light, make it random and even.
This is an example of what you should see:

Step 4 - Duplication

Press Ctrl + J to duplicate your starting layer.

Do it again, you want to have 2 copies of your first layer.

This is what you should see:

Step 5 - The Fun Begins

Now, this is where the warping starts. Click on your first duplicated layer and
go to Filter > Distort > Wave and use these values:

Make sure to hit the "Randomize" button!
Repeat this on your second duplicated layer.
Make sure to hit the "Randomize" button!

Set both of your duplicated layers to "Lighten". This should be your result:

Alright, almost done. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
Set it to 100, Zoom. Quality - Good or Best, your choice.
Best takes more time to process and is not reccomended on weaker computers.
Press Ctrl + F to repeat the filter.
Set the filtered layer to "Lighten"
Merge Visible. Is should look like this:

Step 9 - The Finish
